Sunday 5th April 2009 12 Mile Walk today!

Have done a 12 mile walk today from Worthing to Shoreham and back. Felt horrendous afterwards as was trying to keep up with my trainin g buddies Emma and Jackie but they were way too fast for me and I couldn't keep up! Also my feet have suffered badly unfortunately, heels ok as used compeed blister stick but my toes kept getting bashed in my trainers and now about three of my toes have gone black and bruised under the nails!!!Arghhhhhhhh!!!!I'm not happy never had this last year!Off to have a nice hot pampering bubbly bath now and just relax to the next training walk!
