Saturday 24th January 2009 Training in full swing now!

Met up with Emma and Jackie again today. Did a 7 mile walk from Southwick Marina to Hove King Alfred Leisure Centre and back today. Was perfect walking weather, the sun was out wasn't too cold or hot and we did it at a great pace. Really glad to be training with other Moonwalkers too. My Fibromyalgia could be a problem during training but I'm definately not going to let it interfere with my training if I can help it. Got another training walk this Monday we are aiming to do 5 to 6 mile walks twice a week then from next month hopefully double our distance covered!
