Went out walking today even though weather was rubbish! Walked from home to a place called Lyons Farm there and back which totalled nearly 6 miles!!! Started to regret it by time got to Lyons Farm but glad I did it! Going to try and do at least one 5 mile walk a week until after Christmas then really step up my training once new training guide arrives!
