Tuesday 28th October Having a lazy week!
Not done anymore training yet. Going to have a good rest week this week then start doing 3 mile training walks twice a week from next week, just hope the weather stays dry. Been looking up trainers, pedometers socks etc to get for the walk. Really need to lose weight this time so been doing Pilates at home too, can't afford to do it at a gym!
